When making your application to the HFA for Certified Body status, please note that the following items should be included alongside the completed AHB application form:

  • Audit Management letter for the previous financial year
  • Budget for the current financial year
  • Most recent management accounts to include Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure Account, Cash Flow Statement, variances and commentary
  • Corporate plan, with a Financial Plan for the next 5 years, to include any proposed borrowings from the HFA
  • Details of governance structure
  • Summary biographies of Board Members & Senior Management Team

Applications will only be accepted in electronic format and hard copy applications will not be considered.
